TruFast DP fasteners are #12 self-drilling roofing screws engineered to secure insulation, coverboards, and base sheets to corrugated steel (16-22 ga) and wood substrates. Available in lengths from 1-5/8 in. to 6 in., typically packaged 100 per box. Use them with TruFast MP-3000 and MPR-3000 metal insulation plates.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Coverage depends on fastener density specified for the insulation system; typical commercial low-slope roofs use roughly one fastener plus plate per 2-4 sq ft, but follow the project's fastening pattern specification.
Fit and Compatibility
Designed to pair with TruFast MP-3000 and MPR-3000 metal insulation plates, sold separately. Length selection depends on insulation thickness plus substrate penetration.
