Who is ProMax for?
Contractors, remodelers, builders, designers and property teams buying materials for their work. You can also shop Super Arbor or request a project quote without a trade account.
Does ProMax cost anything?
There is no membership fee to join Super Arbor’s trade program. Account applications are reviewed, and any payment terms require separate approval.
Will I see different prices after signing in?
The catalog’s published prices are visible to everyone. For quantities or a complete project, send your material list for a quote. Project pricing depends on the products, quantities and delivery requirements.
Is sending a material list the same as applying?
No. A material list starts a quote request. To apply for a business account, complete the trade application. You do not need to wait for account approval to request a quote or shop the catalog.
What happens after I apply?
The team reviews the business information you submit. Approval is not automatic. Already approved customers can sign in to the ProMax portal with their account email.
Can I request payment terms or tax-exempt purchasing?
Yes. Discuss payment terms and tax-exempt documentation with the desk. Terms are subject to review and approval; tax-exempt purchases require the appropriate documentation.
