OMG Heavy Duty Phillips Head Roofing Fasteners are #14 screws designed to secure insulation to steel, wood and structural concrete decks, and to secure membrane to wood and concrete decks. Lengths run from 1-1/4 in. to 18 in. in buckets, boxes or cartons. They feature a deeper thread, heavier shank and sharp spade point for fast installation.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Fastener spacing follows the specified roof assembly, commonly a set pattern per insulation board. Divide fasteners required by the pack size (100, 250, 500 or 1000 pieces) to determine buckets or boxes needed per square.
Fit and Compatibility
Pairs with OMG insulation plates and works in screw-gun or impact-driver installations on steel (18 to 22 Ga.), wood and structural concrete decks, plus membrane attachment on wood and concrete. Plates are sold separately.
