Johns Manville Purlin Fasteners are steel-coated roof membrane fasteners with a 1/4 in. hex head and 3/4 in. drill point, engineered for attaching membranes to structural steel purlins. Choose from four lengths: 3.75 in., 4.75 in., 5.75 in. and 7 in. Each box contains 500 fasteners in mill finish and pairs with JM membrane systems over steel-deck roofing.
Coverage & How Much You Need
One box covers roughly 500 membrane attachment points; fastener layout and spacing follow the membrane manufacturer's specified fastening pattern for the roof zone.
Fit and Compatibility
Designed for use with roof membranes installed over structural steel purlins from 12 to 18 gauge (2.77 mm to 1.25 mm). Select length so the drill point and threads fully engage the purlin; drive tools and washers/plates per the roofing system specification are sold separately.
