Johns Manville Polymer Plates are Galvalume-coated steel stress plates designed to lock into the head of JM Polymer Auger Fasteners for attaching insulation and membranes. Choose 2 in. or 3 in. round plate sizes, each supplied in a box of 1,000. Pair them with JM Polymer Auger Fasteners on cementitious wood fiber or gypsum decks.
Coverage & How Much You Need
One box of 1,000 plates supports 1,000 fastener attachment points; plates per square depends on the insulation fastening pattern specified for the wind uplift zone.
Fit and Compatibility
Designed for use with Johns Manville Polymer Auger Fasteners, which have a 1 in. diameter head and internal 1/4 in. square drive. Sold separately from the fasteners; select the 2 in. or 3 in. round plate per project fastening specifications.
