GAF Drill-Tec Polymer GypTec Fasteners are glass-filled nylon auger fasteners with a 1 in. head that secure insulation and single-ply membranes to gypsum and cementitious wood fiber decks. Available in 4 in. to 7 in. lengths, boxes of 500. One box per order unit.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Fastener spacing is set by the membrane and insulation system design; a 500-count box covers roughly 166 fastener points at three per board on 4 ft x 4 ft insulation, but always follow the specified pattern.
Fit and Compatibility
For gypsum and cementitious wood fiber roof decks with GAF Drill-Tec or compatible single-ply membrane systems; verify fastener length against insulation and membrane assembly thickness. Plates and other Drill-Tec components sold separately.
