Elevate Polymer Fasteners are black fasteners designed to work with Polymer Insulation Plates for attaching insulation, base sheets and selected roof components into cementitious wood fiber or gypsum decks. Lengths run from 2.75 in. to 14 in., in cartons of 250 or 500 depending on size. For membrane attachment, pair with the Polymer Batten Strip or 2 in. Metal Seam Plates.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Fastener count, not area, sizes the job: cartons hold 500 fasteners for lengths up to 6.5 in. and 250 for 7 in. and longer. Choose length for insulation plus deck embedment and follow the specified fastening density.
Fit and Compatibility
Designed for Elevate Polymer Insulation Plates; for membrane attachment use the Polymer Fastener Metal Batten Strip or 2 in. Metal Seam Plates, sold separately. Not intended for in-seam attachment of single-ply membrane.
