Expert Verdict — Reviewed by the SuperArbor Pro Desk
Match the fastener length to total insulation plus overlay thickness plus deck engagement, which is why the 6.5, 7 and 7.5 in. options matter on thick HailGard assemblies. The flush bugle head avoids telegraphing through the insulation surface. Confirm deck type and the specified fastening pattern before ordering, since steel, concrete and wood decks may have distinct requirements.
Fastening into steel and concrete decks requires the correct driving tools and PPE, including eye protection against flying debris.
Order Elevate HD HailGard Fasteners in the length your HailGard insulation assembly requires.
