Elevate #12 Fasteners secure insulation, cover boards and base sheets to corrugated steel (16-22 gauge) and wood substrates. Each fastener has a #2 double flute self-drilling point and tapered entry threads for fast penetration and strong back-out resistance. One box contains 1,000 fasteners in 3 in. to 7 in. lengths.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Coverage depends on fastener density specified for the assembly. A 1,000-count box covers a full insulation job of roughly 2,000-4,000 sq ft at typical commercial fastening rates of 4-8 fasteners per 4x8 board, always per the project specification.
Fit and Compatibility
Designed for use with the Elevate Insulation Plate (TIS 1106) in adhered and mechanically attached Elevate membrane systems. Re-roof and re-cover jobs require pull tests meeting or exceeding Elevate requirements, and uplift validation may require alternate fasteners, so confirm with an Elevate Regional Technical Coordinator.
