Carlisle Polymer GypTec Fasteners are glass-filled nylon auger fasteners with a 1 in. head, made to secure insulation and single-ply membrane to gypsum and cementitious wood fiber decks. This page offers 3 in. to 10 in. lengths in cartons of 250 or 500. A 1/4 in. square drive enables fast installation, and lengths pair with deck and insulation thicknesses per the project spec.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Coverage depends on the insulation fastening pattern per the roof design. Common practice is one fastener per specified square footage of insulation board, so calculate carton counts from board size and fastener density specified for the wind zone.
Fit and Compatibility
Designed for gypsum and cementitious wood fiber decks under Carlisle single-ply membrane and insulation systems. Compatible plates lock onto the 1 in. head via the fastener tabs; plates are specified and ordered separately per the system.
