Bond to particleboard or MDF with contact adhesive; use a backer laminate on the reverse side of panels to balance the assembly and reduce warp. Postform grade suits rolled-edge countertop fabrication; substrates, adhesives and edgebanding are sold separately.

Lay up on stable 45 lb or better particleboard for countertops and always balance with a backer sheet. When seaming 60" wide material, allow the sheets to acclimate in the shop for a couple of days and cut both sheets together for a tight joint.
Cut laminate outdoors or with dust collection and wear gloves and eye protection, as sheet edges can be sharp and cutting dust is an irritant.
