This vertical and postforming grade sheet is best bonded to a flat, sealed particleboard or MDF core with contact adhesive. Roll with a hand roller from the center outward to chase out air, and keep a balancing backer on the opposite face. For long countertop runs, build seams at inside corners and allow the sheet to acclimate in the shop before cutting.
Handle large laminate sheets with two people and cut with a carbide-tipped blade wearing eye protection; cut edges are sharp.
