Wilsonart design 7946K Brazilwood is the premium version of the light, straight-grained Brazilian walnut laminate with subtle planking, slight anigre movement and fine brown ticking. Choose from 19 variants across 6 finishes, 3 grades (vertical, postforming and fire-rated vertical) and 4 sheet sizes from 36 in. x 96 in. to 60 in. x 144 in. Each order is one sheet in the selected finish, grade and size.

A 48 in. x 96 in. sheet covers 32 sq ft and a 60 in. x 144 in. sheet covers 60 sq ft. Add trim margin when sizing, and order a matching backer sheet to balance bonded panels.
Fit and Compatibility:
Bond with contact adhesive to particleboard, MDF or plywood substrates; postforming variants require postform-capable edge-bending equipment. Wilsonart backer sheets are sold separately. This K design has no standard horizontal or compact variants listed.

For postforming, the Softgrain and Fine Grain faces bend predictably; keep gloss faces away from tight radii and check film removal after forming. Because these are vertical- and postform-only grades, use the companion 7946 non-K design if you need standard horizontal or compact grades. Sand the substrate flat and use a backer sheet to keep doors and panels from bowing.
Handle large 60 in. x 144 in. sheets with two people and wear gloves and eye protection when cutting or routing laminate.
