For postformed edges, choose the 350 Postform grade and keep the forming radius within your equipment's capability, bonding to 3/4 in. particleboard for deck builds. Balance every horizontal layup with a backer sheet on the underside of the substrate to prevent warp, and support full 60 in. x 144 in. sheets on a large flat table when cutting.
