The phenolic back makes this sheet stiffer and easier to handle flat on a table, but it is still a metal-face laminate: cut from the back with fine-tooth carbide tooling and protect the face film until final installation. Use a balanced backer on the underside of any substrate to prevent warp. Reserve this design for flat work and use matching solid laminate or metal edge details at the perimeter.
Cut laminate edges are sharp and full sheets are heavy; wear gloves and eye protection and use two people to move large sheets.
