Details & specifications.
From the maker · Vigoro’s description
This Vigoro black steel no dig 3-rail garden fence panel measures 37.2 in. high x 42.87 in. wide and comes as a 4-pack, giving roughly 14 linear feet of semi-permanent fencing. Powder-coated steel resists chipping and rust, and panels install by driving stake posts through the eyelets with no digging or concrete. Posts and gate are sold separately.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Each panel is 42.87 in. wide, so one 4-pack covers about 14.3 linear feet of fence at 37.2 in. height. Divide your total run length in feet by 3.57 to estimate packs, allowing one post at each joint.
Fit and Compatibility
Part of the Vigoro Black Steel No Dig 3-Rail fencing system; it pairs with the Vigoro Fence Post and Stake (Model 860367) and the Black Steel No Dig Fence Gate (Model 860718), both sold separately. Panels connect through eyelets on the shared posts, so use the matching system posts.

Guide
Plan the run
- 1
Panels
Divide the run length by the panel width; posts go between every panel and at every corner, end and gate.
- 2
Gates
A walk gate is usually 4 ft wide; a drive gate 10 to 12 ft. Gate posts are often heavier than line posts.
- 3
Height
Check the local height limit for the yard the fence faces.
