VERSATEX PVC Standard Trimboard, Smooth Matte, White, 18 ft Lengths, Multiple Widths
VERSATEX Standard Trimboard is a smooth white cellular PVC trim board sold in 18 ft lengths in widths from 4 in. to 12 in. and thicknesses of 1 in. and 5/4 in. Each piece is cut with a proprietary system for clean edges and true 90 degree angles. It pairs with VERSATEX Cortex hidden fasteners for fastener-free trim installations.
Key Features:
- Cellular PVC: All-cellular PVC trim from a manufacturer dedicated exclusively to PVC trim products.
- Tight tolerances: Thickness tolerances are half the industry norm for consistent, uniform boards.
- True 90 degree edges: Proprietary cutting system keeps edges clean and dimensionally accurate with true 90 degree angles.
- Smooth matte finish: Smooth Matte finish suits painted or unpainted white trim applications; Timber Ridge texture also available in the VERSATEX line.
- 18 ft lengths: Long 18 ft boards minimize end joints on long runs.
- Multiple profiles: Available in 5/4 x 4, 5/4 x 6, 5/4 x 10, 1 x 6, 1 x 8, 1 x 10 and 1 x 12 profiles.

Coverage & How Much You Need:
One board covers its width times the 18 ft length; for example a 1 in. x 6 in. x 18 ft board covers about 9 sq ft of trim face. Measure trim runs in linear feet and select the profile widths that minimize joints, or use the 18 in. piece for small repairs.
Fit and Compatibility:
Part of the VERSATEX cellular PVC trim system; fasten with the VERSATEX Cortex Hidden Fastening System for Trim (sold separately) or appropriate trim fasteners. Note the 5/4 in. x 4 in. item on this page is an 18 in. length, not 18 ft.

Use 1 in. boards for narrow casing and cornerboard work and 5/4 in. where a beefier profile or hidden fastening is wanted. Allow for thermal movement per VERSATEX best practices when butting long 18 ft runs, and glue plus fasten joints where recommended. For textured surfaces, look at the Timber Ridge finish option in the VERSATEX lineup instead of Smooth Matte.
Use proper dust collection and eye protection when cutting PVC boards, and observe the manufacturer's fastening spacing guidelines to accommodate expansion.
Order VERSATEX Standard Trimboard in Smooth Matte for clean, long-lasting exterior trim.
