Regular price $472.39The skylight features a built-in flashing, eliminating the need for an additional flashing kit. It also includes a 4-in flat flange and a 20-year limited warranty. With all installation hardware included, this product comes fully assembled out of the box and is ready to install. The tempered low-e argon glass is double insulated and filled with argon gas, providing excellent thermal insulation. The built-in aluminum curb has a slim profile, standing at only 2-1/8-in high. This product is approved by the Florida building code and the Texas department of insurance, and requires a minimum 2:12 pitch or 9-1/2 degree slope. Not suitable for use on metal roofs.
