This skylight includes a built-in flashing, eliminating the need for an extra flashing kit. It comes with a 4-in flat flange and a 20 year limited warranty. The product is fully assembled and comes with installation hardware, making it ready to install out of the box. It features argon-filled LoE3-340 double insulated tempered over tempered glass, which is known to be the most thermally beneficial available. The built-in aluminum curb is only 2-1/8-in high, making it one of the sleekest profiles in the industry. It is approved under the Florida building code and the Texas department of insurance. Please note, this product requires a minimum pitch of 2:12 or 9-1/2 degrees and is not suitable for use on metal roofs.
