ALSAN RS 230 Field is the workhorse field resin of the ALSAN RS system: mix catalyst thoroughly and uniformly, apply at the specified rate, and embed fleece immediately while the resin is wet to achieve a monolithic membrane. PMMA cures very fast, so work in manageable batches and stage rollers, fleece and catalyst before mixing. Choose Winter Grade when temperatures drop below the Summer Grade range, and always prime concrete and masonry with ALSAN RS 276 Primer first.
PMMA resins and catalyst powders require gloves, eye protection and good ventilation, and vapors are flammable until cured; follow the manufacturer's SDS and application instructions.
