Install drip edge along the eaves over the underlayment and along the rakes under it for the conventional water-shedding sequence, overlapping joints in the direction of water flow. Match the color to your gutter and fascia trim for a clean edge line. On metal roof systems, keep the drip edge gauge and coating consistent with the panel system to avoid premature corrosion at dissimilar-metal contact points.
Roof-edge work puts you near the fall line, so use appropriate fall protection and handle long metal sections carefully in wind.
Order Nu-Ray 26 gauge galvanized drip edge to finish your roof edges with clean water control.
