Lucas #6600 Universal™ Sealant is a high-performance, multipurpose thermoplastic elastomer based roofing sealant. Excellent adhesion to most surfaces including: metal, Kynar®, asphalt, shingles, modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Elvaloy/PVC, Hypalon, vinyl, fiber cement, wood, concrete, tile, masonry, glass. #6600 is available in clear, black, white and various colors. It is also available in three grades: Standard caulking grade, Self-Leveling Grade (#6600SL) and Winter Grade (#6600W). Use to seal seams, flashings and penetrations on all types of roofs. Ideal for residential roofing applications where appearance is important.

Application:

Surface to be sealed must be clean. Porous surfaces may be primed with Lucas #5015 prior to application of this product. To use, cut tip to size and puncture seal. Maximum recommended joint width and depth is 3/8 inch. Use backer rod for deep joints. Please read the most current Lucas Product Data Bulletin and SDS for this product prior to use. #6600 may be painted. Some paints may require up to one week cure time before application. Keep product warm prior to use. A Winter Grade formula, #6600W, is available for extreme cold weather applications.

Shelf Life: Five years from the date of manufacture.
