Expert Verdict — Reviewed by the SuperArbor Pro Desk
A 1/2 in. mesh at 36 in. height is a versatile choice for raised beds, garden perimeter barriers and groundhog/rabbit exclusion. The gray finish is less visually intrusive than bright galvanized wire in landscaped areas. For burrowing pests, bury the bottom 6 in. or bend an L-shaped apron outward along the soil.
Cut wire edges are sharp; wear gloves and eye protection when handling and trimming hardware cloth.
