Expert Verdict — Reviewed by the SuperArbor Pro Desk
Smooth flat trim is the workhorse of a Fypon trim package: use it for window casings, door bands and frieze boards, then layer crossheads or mouldings on top for depth. Because polyurethane boards are lightweight and dimensionally stable, butt joints stay tight with proper adhesive and fastening. Order one extra 8 ft. piece per project to cover layout cuts and mistakes.
Use carbide-tipped blades and follow the manufacturer's cutting and fastening guidance when working with polyurethane trim.
