Regular price $2,054.55Duro-Last DLX PVC Roofing Membrane Roll - White, .050 in. or .060 in., 100 ft. Long
Duro-Last X (DLX) is a white PVC roofing membrane roll using the same proven formulation as Duro-Last membrane, made by a different process for a smooth, matte finish. Available in .050 in. and .060 in. thicknesses and widths from 10 in. to 10 ft. in standard 100 ft. rolls, with custom cutting up to 200 ft. Roll goods give contractors efficient, cut-to-length coverage.
Key Features:
- Proven Formulation: DLX uses a formulation identical to the long-lasting, energy efficient Duro-Last membrane.
- Smooth Matte Finish: A different manufacturing process yields a smooth, matte surface instead of Duro-Last's textured, glossy finish.
- Reinforced PVC: Composed of proprietary thermoplastic PVC film laminated to both sides of a weft-inserted scrim reinforcement fabric.
- Custom Lengths: Can be custom-cut up to 200 ft. long for improved installation efficiency; standard 100 ft. rolls also available.
- UV Stabilized: PVC film blends resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, biocides, flame retardants and U.V. absorbents.
- Multiple Widths: Listed in 10 in., 5 ft. and 10 ft. widths for field sheets, flashing or details.

Coverage & How Much You Need:
A standard roll is 100 ft. long; a 10 ft. wide x 100 ft. roll covers roughly 1,000 sq. ft. of field before laps, while 5 ft. and 30 in. widths suit flashing and detail work. Order custom lengths up to 200 ft. to minimize end laps on long runs.
Fit and Compatibility:
Part of the Duro-Last PVC roofing system; use with compatible Duro-Last bonding adhesives, flashings and accessories specified by the manufacturer. DLX is roll-goods material rather than the factory-custom-fabricated Duro-Last sheet process.

Expert Verdict — Reviewed by the SuperArbor Pro Desk
Choose .060 in. for full field coverage where durability and long service life matter, and .050 in. for details, flashings or overlay work. Narrow rolls (10 in., 30 in., 5 ft.) are ideal for walls, penetrations and repairs, while 10 ft. field rolls reduce seam count. Take advantage of custom cutting up to 200 ft. to cut end laps and speed installation on long, low-slope decks.
Follow the membrane manufacturer's installation guide and jobsite fall-protection, hot-work and solvent-adhesive safety requirements when installing single-ply roofing.
Order Duro-Last DLX PVC membrane rolls in the width and thickness your project needs.
