United Coatings Roof Mate HT (High Tensile) Coating is a breathable coating, allowing moisture vapor to pass through the film while remaining impervious to mass water penetration. It forms a waterproof elastomeric seal, uniformly covering the textured profile of various substrates. It is approximately twice the tensile strength, tear strength and elongation properties for roof areas subject to heavy maintenance traffic, severe weather conditions or chemical fallout.
