Rated for ceiling fan split capacitor or shaded pole motors up to 1.5 Amp. neutral wire required. A 5-year limited supports Decora Smart Wi-Fi products. Decora Smart devices are designed for countries which follow NEMA standards including the United States, Canada and parts of South America. DW4SF is for use with the My Leviton app and can be connected to voice controls and select third-party devices.
