Retractable rod hold-down system. Adjustable 24 in. self-storing PVC coated web that resists hook penetration and retracts out of the way when not in use. Optional top deck housing adapter 14201 for use with the RodBuckle when cutting a hole is not an option. The adapter allows the RodBuckle to be mounted on the deck for easy removal or relocation.
