With the Sensaire Humidity Sensing wall control1 any ventilation fan can be a humidity sensing fan. Precisely control the ventilation in your bathroom or indoor environment to mitigate mold and moisture issues from improper use of exhaust fans. Mirrors fogging up during a shower. Use the Auto Sense mode with Sense on Rise technology to automatically turn the fan on, as humidity levels go back down the fan shuts off automatically. Use the Duty Cycle mode to meet ASHRAE 62.2 requirements for continuous ventilation. Or use the Humidistat mode to meet California Title 24 requirements.
