The coir tree rings are made from half an inch of thickly woven, self-bound sustainable coconut fiber which means they won't fall apart. The tree rings can be used as mulch mats, to control weed growth or as a plant cover. The weed mat is placed around the base of a tree to protect the trunk from trimmer damage and keep the weeds down. Made from natural coco fiber and natural latex, the biodegradable coir allows air, water and nutrients to permeate through, while suppressing weeds. They're light and easy to slip around a tree trunk or even smaller plants. for a larger center, just trim it with a scissor.
