Hydronic Expansion Tanks are designed to keep system pressures below relief valve settings. Low profile tank design with full membrane depth which eliminates stretching of diaphragm and providing increased life cycle. It absorbs all the expansions of water in residential and commercial hydronic heating and cooling systems. Protects safety valves from failing or wearing out quickly. Avoids valve stem and ball seal leaks which prevents from wasted BTUs and vastly extends water heater life. Measures 11.6 in. L x 8.7 in. W x 11.6 in. H, tank size 2.1 Gal. and tank weight 4.6 lbs.
