Automatic foundation vents are a hassle free way to ensure adequate ventilation and create a cross breeze in residential crawl spaces. These vents are constructed of plastic and metal components to keep the unit as maintenance-free as possible with vanes that automatically open and close to prevent cold air from entering the crawl space in winter and help keep excess moisture from building up during warmer months. This vent has an 18 in. lintel making it perfect for new construction or as a replacement and installs quickly using 4 threaded screws that tighten against most side wall types.
