This Leland 1-Handle Tub and Shower Faucet in Chrome is a wonderful addition to your bathroom and complements many decor styles. Monitor faucets feature exclusive pressure balance valves to keep water temperature within a safe ±3.6° F (±1.7° C), protecting you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure. Monitor valves also feature an adjustable high-temperature limit stop that, when properly, set helps ensure the handle cannot be turned to a position that is too hot for comfort.
