It features 3 quiet fan speeds (high/medium/low) and includes a full-range light dimmer for maximum flexibility and comfort when used with dimmable light bulbs. Remote will turn lights on and off when used with non-dimmable light bulbs. An ideal replacement for a wall switch or pull chain control, this unit can be used handheld or wall-mounted with a convenient wall bracket (included). This remote control features wireless operation and it can be operated from a distance of up to 40 ft. once the receiver is wired to the fan at the ceiling. The receiver (fits most fans) and the remote uses two AAA battery (included). UL-listed, this remote control can handle a fan maximum of .8 amps and a light maximum of 300-Watt.
