Lanco White Seal Plus is a thick, 1 component and high performing, 100% acrylic elastomeric roof and wall sealer. It will provide a 100% waterproof and weather proof seal adhering tightly to any surface without the aid of a primer. It dries extremely fast throughout a process of transition, taking half the time it usually takes a regular sealer to dry. It attracts heat because of its blue color, but after 4-hours it turns ultra-white.
