From the maker · the maker’s description

Biochar is a type of charcoal or activated carbon that is especially good at supporting plant growth. Ours uses invasive buckthorn for feedstock and our biochar kiln is fired without fossil fuels. It is as green as we can make it.

Guide

Plan the run

  1. 1

    Panels

Divide the run length by the panel width; posts go between every panel and at every corner, end and gate.

  2. 2

    Gates

A walk gate is usually 4 ft wide; a drive gate 10 to 12 ft. Gate posts are often heavier than line posts.

  3. 3

    Height

Check the local height limit for the yard the fence faces.
