Suitable for most existing surfaces, it comes with a 30-year Residential and 5-year Commercial Warranty. The Breaksea Island color finish adds an authentic touch to your flooring, with a 4.4 mm thickness, 6 mil wear layer thickness, and 768 sqft per pallet (32 cases, 1162.24 lbs total).
