Therma-Tru · Doors

Details & specifications.

From the maker · Therma-Tru’s description

Designed for an extended lifespan, Therma-Tru fiberglass doors are resistant to dents, rust, and rot. The Fiber-Classic Mahogany finish complements the warm wood tones found in home interiors and adds elegance to the exterior. The flush-glazed decorative glass eliminates the need for a lite frame, giving the door a seamless and clean look. With our Beechwood stain and a 5-year limited finish warranty, you can trust in the lasting beauty of your door. The composite door frame protects against moisture and rot, while the ball-bearing hinges ensure smooth operation. Crafted from durable, low-maintenance fiberglass, this door is built for long-term performance and backed by a lifetime limited warranty for peace of mind. It comes pre-hung and ready to install, with the option for right- or left-handed entries for your convenience.

Guide

What to measure before ordering

These notes are a planning aid. Product names, photos and shared descriptions do not confirm fit. Check the selected SKU, manufacturer specifications and installer measurements before ordering.

  1. 1

    Identify what you are replacing.

A slab is the door panel. A prehung unit includes a frame. Record whether you need a slab or a complete unit, and check exactly what the selected product includes.

  2. 2

Measure the opening and the frame.

Record the width and height in several places, plus the wall or jamb depth. Keep rough-opening measurements separate from the existing door's dimensions. Include the units with every measurement.

  3. 3

Confirm the swing and the exact model.

Note which side the hinges sit on, the side you are viewing from, and whether the door swings toward or away from you. Confirm handing terminology and required clearances against the manufacturer's documentation for the selected SKU.
