The Capital Sheet Metal Zincalume Saddle Stock is 26-gauge zinc-alum metal used to protect cricket and saddle structures that divert water around the high side of large roof penetrations such as skylights, equipment curbs and chimneys. It comes in 4 in. x 14 in. and 6 in. x 14 in. mill-finish sizes, sold per piece.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Sold per piece; pieces are 14 in. long, so cover a cricket by lapping multiple pieces along the slope and sequencing them shingle-style so water rides over each joint.
Fit and Compatibility
Used with cricket/saddle framing at the high side of chimneys, skylights and equipment curbs on residential roofs. Pairs with other Capital Sheet Metal flashings and trim; sold by the piece, so order enough for full saddle coverage.
