The RELIABILT 150 Series New Construction 31-1/2-in x 35-1/2-in x 3-1/4-in Jamb White Vinyl Low-e Argon Single Hung Window with Grids Half Screen Included is a popular choice among customers. This window features a brick mould exterior that complements any style of home. It is designed for both new construction and remodeling applications and can be easily installed with a pre-punched, integrated nail fin and J-channel (Series 160 is also available without J-channel). The bottom sash tilts in and operates smoothly with an integrated, full-length, slim-line lift rail and block and tackle balance system. This window is DP-50 rated for windows up to 36-in W x 74-in H, meaning it has a high Design Pressure rating. It also includes energy-efficient Low-E glass that helps reflect heat away from your home in the summer and retains warmth inside during the winter.

Guide

Measure before you order

  1. 1

    New construction: the rough opening

Order by the framed opening. Every window here that lists both sizes is 1/2 in smaller than its rough opening each way: a 36 × 48 opening takes a 35-1/2 × 47-1/2 window.

  2. 2

    Replacement: the frame you have

Measure inside the old frame, jamb to jamb, at the top, middle and bottom, and use the smallest width. Do the same for the height, left, center and right.

  3. 3

    Glass and grids

The listing states its panes, Low-E and argon, and whether it has grids.
