From the maker · ReliaBilt’s description
This Series 150 RELIABILT new construction single hung window is a popular choice among homeowners due to its brick mould exterior that complements any home's style. It is designed for both new construction and remodeling projects and can be easily installed with a pre-punched, integrated nail fin and J-channel included (Series 160 also available without J-channel). The bottom sash features a tilt-in design and operates smoothly with an integrated, full-length, slim-line lift rail and a block and tackle balance system. With a DP-50 (Design Pressure) rating, this window is suitable for windows up to 36-in W x 74-in H. Its energy-efficient Low-E glass helps reflect the sun's heat away from your home during the warmer months and retains warmth inside during the colder months. The window also boasts a 5/8-in contoured grid pattern between the glass panes, adding style to your home without the extra cleaning hassle of exterior grids.

Guide
Measure before you order
- 1
New construction: the rough opening
Order by the framed opening. Every window here that lists both sizes is 1/2 in smaller than its rough opening each way: a 36 × 48 opening takes a 35-1/2 × 47-1/2 window.
- 2
Replacement: the frame you have
Measure inside the old frame, jamb to jamb, at the top, middle and bottom, and use the smallest width. Do the same for the height, left, center and right.
- 3
Glass and grids
The listing states its panes, Low-E and argon, and whether it has grids.
