The RELIABILT 105 Series single hung window offers exceptional performance at an economical price. Its bottom sash is easily removable through side-loading, and features dual lift rails for convenient operation. Designed for both new construction and remodeling projects, this window can be installed effortlessly with a pre-punched, integrated nail fin and built-in accessory channels, making it adaptable for multiple installation options. With a DP-50 rating for windows up to 36 inches wide and 74 inches high, it also features a modular size for quick and easy calculation of rough opening widths for multiple units. Additionally, it includes Low-E glass to reflect solar energy and the added thermal efficiency of Argon insulating gas. The 5/8-inch contoured grid pattern between the glass panes adds a touch of style and elegance to your home, without the hassle of cleaning grids on the exterior of the panes.

Guide
Measure before you order
- 1
New construction: the rough opening
Order by the framed opening. Every window here that lists both sizes is 1/2 in smaller than its rough opening each way: a 36 × 48 opening takes a 35-1/2 × 47-1/2 window.
- 2
Replacement: the frame you have
Measure inside the old frame, jamb to jamb, at the top, middle and bottom, and use the smallest width. Do the same for the height, left, center and right.
- 3
Glass and grids
The listing states its panes, Low-E and argon, and whether it has grids.
