Size, base and colour

Chandelier size
A common rule of thumb: the room length plus width in feet gives the diameter in inches. A 12 × 14 ft dining room takes about 26 in.

E26 is the standard medium base; E12 candelabra is the small base on many chandeliers and sconces.
