Karnak 28 Perfectseal is a non-fibered aluminum roof coating made from selected asphalts and pure aluminum pigment flakes blended with petroleum solvents and mineral fillers. The line is available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums; this item is the 5 gallon pail in silver. It is applied over weathered asphaltic roof surfaces such as BUR and modified bitumen.
Fit and Compatibility
Formulated for asphalt-based roofing: new BUR asphalt roofs weathered at least 180 days, asphalt emulsion coatings cured 3 to 5 days minimum, and cooled, weathered smooth or granular torch-applied modified bitumen membranes. Not documented for other membrane types such as EPDM or TPO.
