Coverage & How Much You Need:
Plate spacing follows the fastener pattern in your JM PVC system's wind uplift design; at a typical layout, one 500-count box attaches a substantial roof area, so calculate plates per the required density for your zone and fastening pattern.
Fit and Compatibility:
Made for Johns Manville PVC roofing systems and engineered for use with JM High Load Fasteners, which are sold separately. Intended for heat induction welding equipment; it is a PVC system attachment, not a TPO-system plate.

Induction-welded RhinoPlates give a uniform, thermally fused attachment point that removes the need for manual patching over fastener plates in PVC systems. Verify your induction welding tool is set for the plate's coating and always run test welds for peel strength before production. Use JM High Load Fasteners of the correct length for your deck, and densify plate spacing in perimeter and corner uplift zones.
Follow JM fastening and induction welding procedures and verify fastener embedment into the structural deck before relying on the attachment.
