Henry Company Pro-Grade 988 is a tan silicone roof coating sold in a 5 gallon pail. It carries ASTM D6694 and D7281 compliance plus FM Approved, UL Certified, Miami-Dade and Florida Building Code approvals. Apply over low-slope roofs to restore and waterproof existing membranes.
Fit and Compatibility
Intended for restoring low-slope commercial roofs; surface preparation, primers and reinforcement fabric are sold separately. Coverage rates per gallon and compatible substrates should be confirmed with Henry application guidelines.
