This is Carlisle SynTec's HD 14-10 2 in. heavy-duty threaded concrete fastener, supplied as one carton of 1,000 fasteners. Used with Carlisle fastening plates, it secures mechanically attached membranes, insulation and PS RUSS strips into structural concrete roof decks of at least 2,500 psi. Fastening plates are sold separately.
