This is a Steel mortise latch assembly, with a 45 degree keyway, a diecast keeper and mounting housing, pocket design for wood, vinyl or aluminum doors, zinc-plated finish. 3-9/16 in. mounting holes on center, witha latch assembly that fits a 3/4 in. x 4-11/32 in. cut-out.
