MSI's Monterosa Beige 20 in. x 20 in. Porcelain Tile is white with warm beige veins, mimicking the look of fine unglazed tile. This large format polished tile complements a broad range of design styles and decors and it's revered for its versatility and strength. Whether it's used as flooring, wall tile or countertop tile, Monterosa creates visual interest without overpowering. Plus, it's easy to care for and resists staining. As durable as it is beautiful, this tile can also be used for some light-duty commercial projects.

- Smooth polished finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
- P.E.I. rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels, exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
- Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof
- C.O.F. greater than 0.50 is recommended for standard residential applications and is marginally skid resistant
- Completely frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
