Constructed with Brilliance, our highly durable and elegant white vinyl material that will never peel, warp, blister, or flake. Featuring Low-E and Argon gas filled double pane glass for improved efficiency. The fully welded frame and sashes allow for easy cleaning with both top and bottom sashes opening for ventilation. The Brilliance white vinyl exterior and interior enhance the overall aesthetic. Equipped with a corrosion resistant, Teflon coated, stainless steel constant force balance system for effortless operation. The weather-tight true sloped sill ensures superior water drainage. Nite locks add extra security by limiting window opening to only 2 inches. Includes a full screen made of dark fiberglass mesh for optimal ventilation and visibility while keeping insects out.

Measure before you order

    New construction: the rough opening

    Order by the framed opening. Every window here that lists both sizes is 1/2 in smaller than its rough opening each way: a 36 × 48 opening takes a 35-1/2 × 47-1/2 window.

  2. 2

    Replacement: the frame you have

    Measure inside the old frame, jamb to jamb, at the top, middle and bottom, and use the smallest width. Do the same for the height, left, center and right.

    Glass and grids

    The listing states its panes, Low-E and argon, and whether it has grids.
